Job Description

    • Self-initiate research mandates to determine investment trends and recommend investment lines.
    • Interpret investment models and designs.
    • Initiate and maintain lines of communication and liaise with investment manufacturing houses (i.e. Investment banks).
    • Interpret and analyze performance and development of new investment initiatives and products.
    • Market and pricing analysis for developed investment products and initiatives, including peer group analysis.
    • Liaise with market participants to generate new investment products and initiatives.
    • Develop market sounding materials and conduct market sounding exercises.
    • Provide ad-hoc assistance to other members of the investment team in terms of financial modeling, analysis and preparation of various paper work, including proposal-writing, letters, agreements, templates, research, minutes of meetings…etc.
    • Conduct and prepare critical analysis of legal agreements and contracts, including funds’ prospectuses, Terms and Conditions, proposals and reports. 
    • Develop, justify and recommend investment criteria and guidelines in line with market trends and expectations.
    • Assist in performing due diligence on the shortilist investment opportunities in accordance with investment guidelines, criteria and overall Company’s strategy.
    • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to collect data and insights of investment opportunities.
    • Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis for selected investment opportunities.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain consent and approval for projects and investment initiatives.
    • Conceptualize structures for approved investment/projects.
    • Develop project charters and plans and obtain necessary consents from related stakeholders.
    • Monitor the development and progress of various projects and develop periodical progress reports.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • BSc in Finance, Management, Accounting, or Engineering 
    • Analytical, power point, and modeling skills 
    • 3-5 years in investments 
    • Professional Certification:  CFA is preferred
