Job Description

    • Responsible to drive the development of Transaction Banking sales and products strategy within the country and identify the opportunities in the market to generate strong revenue growth and profitability. 
    • To manage a product portfolio that generates specific Cash, Trade, Liquidity and Corporate Services targets to be agreed with management every year.
    • Ensure that client implementation is efficient and adequately protects the Bank, regularly audit implementation procedures and workflows, and improve / reinforce the implementation procedures when necessary.
    • Coordinate the local approval process and sign-offs of product programs prior to distribution.
    • Identify new product opportunities to influence the development of key new service initiatives and more cost effective delivery channels.
    • Developing and delivering a cash management and trade finance sales strategy that would allow the bank to secure strategic business and satisfy customer needs promoting P&L growth as well as liabilities management and corporate services across all channels by ensuring proper synergies and cross sell across all products.
    • Enhance relationship returns while ensuring an appropriate risk level in conjunction with group revenue targets.
    • Own all P&L accountability relating to transaction banking and deliver profitable growth and financial objectives.
    • Proactively manage relationships of existing and target clients and service their requirements with the appropriate Trade Finance and Cash management capabilities.
    • Identify and ensure that cross-sell opportunities are captured and coordinated with relevant staff across the Bank Group.
    • Contribute to the structuring of trade finance business proposals.
    • Manage the e-channel solutions and ensure proper penetration and utilization as per the targets set and agreed with management.
    • Responsible for fund depth build up, increasing CASA contribution and account management within liability accounts.
    • Proactively manage relationships of existing and target non-borrowing clients and offer them the appropriate products and solutions.
    • Monitor productivity, service excellence standards across corporate service function and ensure a minimum acceptable standard of service is achieved at all times.
